The K-way brand was born in Paris in 1965, when Léon-Claude Duhamel, a trouser dealer, saw a woman covering herself with a nylon sheet pulled out of her handbag during a rainy day.
He decides to create a special waterproof nylon jacket, with a hood that's easy to be folded in a small pouch.
In the early 20th century the brand was purchased by an Italian company (the same as Robe di Kappa) which relaunched it and transformed K-way into one of the most popular brands at the moment.
